  1. What is this service?

    Admailer.ie is the biggest new thing in marketing. On Admailer.ie you can select where you would like to target, down to the street and target other variables such as affluence, marital status, profession and more. Then you can use easy online tools to design a high quality A5 sized postcard or letter. Your design will then be printed, addressed and posted within 3-4 working days.

    Yes Admailer.ie is brought to you by An Post, so you can be sure you will receive a high quality and reliable service, from design to delivery.

  3. Can I send postcards to locations outside the Republic of Ireland?

    Currently this service is only available to customers within the Republic of Ireland.

Pricing

  1. How much do we charge for a campaign?

    An A5 postcard campaign is 96c per unit, a letter mailing campaign is €1.02 per unit (both ex VAT).

  2. What is the minimum cost of a campaign?

    The minimum cost of a campaign is €188 ex VAT. That is based on 200 high quality campaign postcards. Each item costs 94c, excluding VAT.

  3. What is your refund policy?

    Contact Admailer.ie customer services by email on admailer@anpost.ie include on your email your reason for requiring a refund and your order number. You will receive a response within 2 working days.

Technical

  1. How long does it take to deliver?

    Your order will be delivered within 3 working days.

  2. What will the postcard look like?

    The postcards are A5 in size, the max editable area is 210mm x 148mm and they are printed on 300gsm card, with a high quality silk matt finish.

  3. What is the minimum number of postcards per campaign?

    The minimum number of customers you can select per campaign is 200.

  4. What do I do if I get stuck trying to create my campaign?

    A lot of questions will be answered in handy how to video's above this section, if not and you want to get in touch there are two options available to you:
